We were on this fantastic quest to photograph unmarked stone circles in counties Cork and Kerry and discovered this grouping on top of a mountain in the middle of a private pasture about 1 km northwest of Castletownshend. The owner of the farm did not welcome our trekking through his property because it was grazing grounds for his herd of bulls. We didn’t see any evidence of bulls and found entry to the grounds away from his sight via a public school parking lot.
